Moving into Adult Life
This is a large strategic group which looks at the Transition stage for disabled young people. Many young people experience stress and lack of co-ordination at this critical time. The group is working to develop a co-ordinated approach and transform the way services work together during transition.
Jo Whitehead and Suzy Blackburn represent CANDI at these meetings and share the views of other parents to produce information and offer choice for young people who are about to leave school.
